How to Play Blooket

Blooket is a fun and engaging website where students answer questions to move around a game board and win tokens. Teachers often use it as a review tool to help students master content. The website also gives teachers the ability to create their own games and question sets to meet the needs of their classes.

To play, students must enter a Blooket code (also known as a session code) given to them by the teacher or host of a game. Once  blookit.join  do, the site will launch their Blooket game for them to join. Tokens are awarded based on how quickly and correctly they answer the questions. The more points they earn, the higher their position in the game. There are many different types of games on the site, ranging from simple ones to more complex ones that require more strategy and skill.

When a student clicks on a game, the website will ask them to either sign up for an account or log in with their email address or Google account. Once they do, they are transported to their dashboard where they will see important news and updates from the company along with shortcuts to their favorite games and the newest games that have been added to the site. They can also choose to search through predesigned sets of questions in the Discover section of the site.

The dashboard also allows users to edit the questions in their current game by adding, removing or changing existing questions. It also allows them to change the time limit for answering questions and whether or not there will be a random question order. For more advanced settings, they can select the "Block Size" option to customize the number of blocks a player will receive for each question. In addition, they can use a cover image that will be displayed when the game is searched and can decide who can or cannot play the game.

For teachers, creating their own questions in the system is easy and quick. They can use the built-in question bank to create a set of questions or they can import a set of questions from Quizlet. Once a question set has been created, it can be edited to include images for the answers and to change the question or answer choices. However, the teacher does not have access to information about the questions that were missed by students, which makes the site better suited for reviewing content rather than assessments.

The final step in the creation process is to name the set and give it a description. It is also possible to upload a cover image that will be used as a thumbnail for the set when people search it. In addition, the privacy setting can be selected to determine if it is public or not. Finally, the creator of the set can choose to allow other users to copy and modify the set or not. There are also several options for displaying the game on the dashboard, including a link to the set and its game ID code.
